We, the leadership of the Libertarian Party of Michigan,
1) as previously duly elected or nominated by its membership at convention to represent it at the state level either;
a) internally as its party officers,
b) externally on the ballot as its candidates for statewide elections, or
2) as members of that party elected to public office,
